Groovin' The Moo is set to hit Bunbury this May With One Bullistic Line Up!

Like a bull at a gate GTM is ready to charge into both familiar territory and territory never ventured before, rumble with an incredible array of Australian and International artists and put on five spectacular shows like no other music event in Australia.  

A one day explosion of carnival and cavorting under the sun, clouds and moon, in front of a magnificent outdoor double stage, and in one of the biggest dance tents around, GTM is Australia’s only touring music event to feature regional cities in the tour diary. May 2010 will see the first GTM event take place in Bunbury WA.

"We never thought GTM would come this far. All the way to Bunbury! This one is really exciting. So, hottest band in the world? Check. Iconic Australian band playing live for the first time in two years? Check. Multi-ARIA award winner? Check. And that’ s only three of the acts - the line up is awesome. The GTM vibe is something special - must be that country air," said Stephen Halpin (GTM Promoter, Cattleyard Promotions).

This amazing opportunity wouldn’ t exist without local WA event company , Sunset Events  jumping on board;  Dave Chitty from Sunset Events announced, “Sunset Events is thrilled to be a part of introducing the very successful GTM music event to Bunbury this coming May. The Bunbury region has a significant youth population and is close to several country towns and cities that have limited access to contemporary music culture. We applaud the City of Bunbury’ s support for this event and look forward to working with them and our other supporters to help develop contemporary youth culture in Bunbury and the surrounding regions”.

In conjunction with Sonic Bids, Sunset Events are giving two WA bands the chance to join the stellar line up. Sonic Bids, www.sonicbids.com is an online service where artists can submit mp3s, images and biographies for consideration. Applications are open for submission at present and close on the 2nd April 2010. Winners will be notified on the 9th April 2010.  

In the oldest sites GTM is a part of the furniture and we are told our guests  can’ t imagine the place without it. Wherever GTM visits the crowd is part of the show, proudly welcoming all tribes to come together, all the revellers and punters have an infectious groove going, and the fever catches. The GTM crowd is big enough to go bang, but not so big that there is no room for interpretative dance moves. As the sun goes down on life as usual the memories of GTM will not be forgotten in a hurry.

GTM is a licensed all ages (16 + recommended) event. Persons over the age of 18 and wish to purchase alcohol MUST have photographic ID. No pass outs will be issued.

MYSPACE PRESALE: GTM MySpace friends get a chance to purchase their tickets  early. MySpace friends will be issued with a special code on WEDNESDAY 10  FEBRUARY.  The Presale is for 2 days ONLY from 9AM THURSDAY 11 FEBRUARY to 5PM FRIDAY 12 FEBRUARY 2010.
