Visitors can also have a hit of golf or tennis, go swimming or canoeing and admire the wildflowers in spring.

The annual Country Music festival in February is the biggest Country Music festival in W.A. The festival now runs over four days and includes: fantastic concerts, Ute & Truck Muster, free Street festival and the biggest Bush Poets Breakfast. Rated in the top 10 festivals in Western Australia the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival is becoming one of the must see events in the State.

Harvey Dickson’s Rodeo and the Blackwood Marathon in October together with several other smaller events during the year, ensure there is always plenty to do and see.
